TILE AND GROUT CLEANING PROCESS Enviro Cleaning uses a specially designed tile & grout cleaning tool and solution which utilizes the same ideal function's of the carpet cleaning process (HOT STEAM AND SUCTION). Together with these 3 major ingredients, tile and GROUT come's back to near perfect again condition. There is no mistake when this process is completed, 100 times out of 100 times there will be a "night and day difference". Sealer as a final protector is recommended to help spills and stains stay on the top of the tile and grout rather than being "embedded" into the surface. CARPET CLEANING PROCESS Enviro Cleaning uses truck-mounted hot steam extraction as it's method for cleaning your carpets. Furthermore this method is the "only" method recommended by Shaw Industries (Largest Carpet Maker in the World). Scotchgard (carpet protector) is recommended to help ease the spot and stains that often appear. This product protects you, and upon return, those spots and stains will remove easier. Enviro Cleaning recommends twice a year service due to the nature of the valley's dust and dirt that can't be seen in your carpet, as well as the visable grease and grime. |

GROUT COLOR SEALING This new process allows us to completely change the look of your existing grout to any of our designer colors or simply pick the color that matches your grout and watch as it becomes like new again! This is a great way to completely restore older stained grout or grout that needs an all "new look". Upon job approval, your tile and grout will be cleaned first to see if color sealing will become your choice. Once the grout dries we will apply a colored grout dye using assorted paint brushes or toothbrush. This process does not make your grout lines look painted, but it will have the appearence of fresh re-grouted joints. The dye does not penetrate into the tile and is wiped off after the grout lines dry. This dye has a built-in impregnating sealer which allows for easier cleaning of the grout lines acting as a repellant. The entire process depends on how much area will be covered, commonly one full day would be the norm in order to have a completed Grout Color Sealing process. Your floors will be in "like new" appearance. Once completed, you will be instructed on how to keep your floors clean in the years to come! |
